Money order & credit card orders usually ship within 2 to 3 days. Please allow three weeks for bank processing of personal checks. (Yes, we know, they're supposed to do it faster...) DELIVERY TIMES: "UPS Next Day Air" Service takes 1 business day unless your order is placed after 12 noon Pacific time (then it takes 2). Next Day packages are delivered Mon-Fri, call our offices to make special arrangements for Saturday delivery (an extra charge applies). Next Day orders placed on Friday are delivered on the following business day (Monday, unless a holiday is in effect). "UPS 2nd Day Air" Service takes 2 business days (not including the day you place your order). "UPS Ground" Service (residential or commercial) can take anywhere from 1-12 business days to be delivered. Please see the UPS delivery time MAP for estimates of business days in transit. "UPS Worldwide Express" Service can take from 3 business days to 12 business days depending on the country. Please visit the UPS site for an estimate of time in transit. Please note that all orders placed after 12 noon Pacific time should add one business day for processing for all service methods. If you would prefer another shipping carrier, please indicate your preference in the notes field when you place an order. FASTER & GUARANTEED DELIVERY: For delivery by a certain date & for Next Day service please call 650-592-0212 by Noon Pacific Time to place your order. This way we can confirm that all items are available, and get them on their way to you ASAP! OTHER SHIPPING METHODS: For delivery of your order to a P O Box or to arrange for regular postal shipping of your order, please call our customer service staff during regular business hours at 1-800-374-5764. HEAVY & OVERSIZE: Some items or large orders may be oversize or extra heavy. Depending on weight, size and destination, additional shipping and insurance charges may apply. Please contact us for a quote if you're not sure. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE: On all International Orders the customer (you) is responsible for any and all additional local taxes, GST, tariffs, fees and duties. Due to the complexity of international shipping we are not able to provide quotes or estimates of these amounts. Contact your local customs department with any questions. Unfortunately, these import taxes can be quite high in some countries - as much as several times the order value. After your order has shipped, if you refuse to pay the duties / taxes, or refuse delivery of your shipment, your government will keep the package (what they do with it we can only guess!) It will not be returned to us, and you will not receive any refund of any kind. TAXES & DUTIES: For orders delivered in California please add 7.25% tax. Your local taxes and duties may also apply, but they are not charged or collected by us. EDUCATIONAL & GROUP DISCOUNTS: Savings in Quantity! Order six or more of the same part number & receive a 10% discount on that item. Please request the discount in the "comments" field of the checkout page. RETURNS: If you wish to return an item for any reason, please call 650-592-0212 or email for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in as-new condition. Books, kits, software, grab bags and special order items are not returnable. OTHER STUFF: (Geez, they're so picky!) No CODs, PAL, SECAM or 240 Volt AC Mains Adapters (yet). Also no Spam®, mayonnaise, Bozos, chewing the pencils, free lunch, sob stories, running & screaming, whining, hitting, spitting, kicking, biting, or tag backs. Quit it or we're telling! (Thank you.)
